1、 Classification of oil fired boilers

(1) Classified by Fuel Oil

Light oil boiler: uses light oil as fuel, which refers to diesel or kerosene, etc.

Heavy oil boiler: using heavy oil as fuel, heavy oil is the remaining heavy oil after extracting gasoline and diesel from crude oil.

(2) Classified by purpose

Oil fired boiling water boiler: suitable for places that require a large amount of boiling water, such as factories, hospitals, schools and other enterprises and institutions, with fast boiling water speed and large water volume.

Oil fired hot water boiler:

It can be used to supply hot water for daily life and bathing, with a water temperature range of 10-90 that can be set freely. By installing a heat exchanger in the system, it can also achieve dual functions of heating and bathing at the same time.

Adopting a computerized hot water boiler controller, intelligent control commands can fully utilize the boiler's functions, equipped with imported brand burners, ensuring safe and stable performance, and good fuel combustion efficiency.

Oil fired heating boiler: used to provide the heat required for heating, users can set the start and stop time, and after the setting is completed, there is no need for a dedicated person to be on duty, saving time and effort. The furnace body is designed as an atmospheric pressure furnace, and the top is equipped with an atmospheric vent, without explosion hazard.

Oil fired bath boiler: mainly provides hot water for the bath to meet bathing needs.

Oil fired steam boiler:

There is an advanced fully automatic controller, a fully Chinese LCD screen, and a human-machine interface. After easy setting by the user, the boiler can operate automatically as required, including start stop, load adjustment, and automatic water supply. The functions are complete, the protection is complete, the operation is simple and safe, and it has a self diagnostic function. If there is an abnormality during operation, the combustion will be automatically interrupted and an audible and visual alarm will be issued.

The burner is supplied by a well-known manufacturer. The vertical steam boiler adopts a combustion engine placement method and a two pass structure, while the horizontal steam boiler adopts a shell type fully wet back flow three pass smoke tube structure. Different structures help to fully burn the fuel, improve thermal efficiency, and reduce operating costs.

2、 Characteristics of oil fired boilers

(1) Intelligence and automation

Many functions of fuel boilers can be stored on an intelligent chip, achieving intelligent, digital, automated, and user-friendly operation. For example, it can intelligently control the water temperature to automatically stop heating, and users can set the start and stop time of the furnace. After the setting is completed, there is no need for a dedicated person to be on duty.

(2) Multiple security protections

Overheating protection: When the water temperature inside the furnace exceeds a certain level, the heating tubes (such as oil fired hot water boilers, oil fired hot water boilers, etc.) or burners (such as oil fired steam boilers) will automatically stop working and sound an alarm.

Secondary overheat protection: When the temperature of the boiler shell exceeds 105, the secondary circuit will be automatically cut off.

Anti dry burning and water shortage protection: When the boiler water level drops below the extremely low level, the boiler stops working and emits a buzzing alarm.

Boiler leakage protection: When the control system detects electrical leakage, it will automatically cut off the power supply (for fuel fired hot water boilers).

(3) Energy saving and efficient heat exchange

Design of flow deflectors inside the fire pipe: Flame retardant flow deflectors are inserted inside the fire pipe to slow down the exhaust speed, enhance heat exchange, and maximize the conduction of heat generated by combustion to the water. The temperature of the smoke discharged from the smoke chamber is low, reducing heat loss and saving fuel.

Optimized structural design:

The hot water boiler body is designed with computer-aided design, optimizing each heating surface, compact and reasonable layout, small footprint, and high thermal efficiency.

The different structures of steam boilers, such as the shell type fully wet back flow three-way smoke tube structure of horizontal steam boilers, can help improve thermal efficiency, reduce exhaust gas temperature, save energy and reduce consumption, and be economical to use.

Automatic water replenishment and water level monitoring: The boiler automatically replenishes water and stops automatically when full; The water level sensor monitors the water level in real time and continuously checks whether the water level in the furnace is normal. The water temperature and level sensors simultaneously control the water replenishment solenoid valve, which can continuously supply boiling water (fuel fired boiling water boiler).
